I came to the US on a turist visa which expired a week after my entry, and after some talk my gf and I decided to get engaged, got married and do the adjustment of status process, She is american and we waited a month and 2 weeks after my entry to get engaged and also an extra month to get civil married. We made plans for a religious wedding in the future ( around a year after the civil wedding .. aka 2016 )

Lately we arent doing so well, mostly jelousy and fights makes me think we made a mistake, and after some counseling (at church) I think we should get divorced. I still havent got my work permit or Advance Parole.

The question is what will happen to me?
Will I get deported?
Can I still get the green card?
Will I lost my turist visa and get banned for over stay and got married?

You can't get one without a bonifide marriage

but it was bonifide, as I said we dated for more than 3 years in Mexico and USA, there are pictures, phone bills with international calls plan, the church counseling, the place where we were gonna celebrate the religious wedding, tickets for airplane for my family to get to the religious wedding, etc

It's really simple. If you divorce you, you don't get the green card no matter how "bona fide" the marriage was when it took place.

ok so what if I waited until I got the green card?

sounds awful but i got family here and I am just planning on using it as tourist visa since I think If i just come back to MX I will get problems getting my Visa since I over stayed and got married in US

A green card makes you a legal permanent resident, a tourist visa is to tour and visit. You want to live here, you can't do that if you get a divorce.

If you have family here, have them petition for you to live here, but chances of that happening when you came in on a tourist visa, got married, then shortly after marriage want a divorce and a green card.

You also said that you want to stay here because you have family. Did you come here wanting to find a way to stay and went ahead and got married?

You are trying to find a way around the immigration law. To an outside observer you cannot give evidence of a bona fide marriage, so it is unlikely that you would qualify for a green card.

So you very recently got married and you are already looking into a divorce?

I am sorry to hear that but as people have said before if you are not married or cannot prove a bona fide marriage you will not receive a green card.

Even if you do stay together on paper, if it's not a stable relationship you may still run into issues when trying to prove the relationship is real.
