Hello! I'm filling the I-90 because I never receive my green card, the USPS lost it.

So I have some questions.

Where can I find the date of admission ??

I have my class of admission because is on my welcome letter but I don't know where can I find the date of admission! Help

And some other confusing questions

Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.

Destination in the United States at time of admission.

Port-of-Entry where admitted to the United States.

Hello! I'm filling the I-90 because I never receive my green card, the USPS lost it.

So I have some questions.

Where can I find the date of admission ?? Look on your passport, or on your I-94

I have my class of admission because is on my welcome letter but I don't know where can I find the date of admission! Help

And some other confusing questions

Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status. Where did you send your AOS packet?

Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status. Where did you have your AOS interview? If interview waiver, NBC.

Destination in the United States at time of admission. Where did you reside when after you arrived in the US?

Port-of-Entry where admitted to the United States. Where was your first POE to the US, when did the CBP officer take the packet away that you received from your interviewing embassy/consulate?

:time: It helps everyone that uses the forum.

Answer the questions literally.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Hi -

I'm going through the same I-90 filing process myself to replace my green card. I applied for AOS through my spouse to the USCIS Chicago Lockbox while residing in New York.

Can someone help confirm my reasoning:

Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

USCIS Chicago (because that's the location I submitted my application into)

Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.

New York, NY (because that's where I had my interview)

Does that sound correct, or is it the other way around? thanks!
