I've read form I-864 and the instructions.

Currently I am working outside the USA and living with the family members I am sponsoring. I will establish domicile in the USA at the same time my family makes POE.

I have enough cash in a US bank account to meet the requirements.

I do have a job, but as I would quit to move back to the USA, I understand that I cannot count it towards the income requirements. According to the instructions you should only enter income that you are "using to meet the requirements". So for Part 6, Item 2, current income, should I just enter zero?

For federal income tax returns, is there any point in sending years 2 and 3? I did file but the instructions say only to send them if it will help prove your income, which in my case it won't as I was outside the USA those years also.

Lastly, for my domicile, I assume I should put USA and then attach proof that I intend to reestablish before my family makes POE?

Yes, you would enter 0 here. You could send all 3 years as proof that you have the ability to maintain a good, consistent income.

Yes, you would put USA as the domicile.

If you go to Step 6, and scroll down, you'll see a sample domicile letter and items that help support it.
