i just waited my 180 days like they told me and nothing not NOIR or reaffirmed i feel like crying, I don't have a passport from Cuba to go visit him and when I re-apply they told me that is taking 6 months to receive it. it looks like everything that we try to do is failing apart. call again today and put a ticket and they said that i need to wait until August 27 for a response. :cry::cry::cry:

Sorry but it may take another few months to hear from them.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Your case is not in AP checks (even though your online ceac says AP) but was said to be returned and you have to wait about a year. I mentioned before the steps that will happen for you with the NOID

We waited 1 yr, then recieved noir, normal wait time 1 yr, everyone told 180 days, my senator said 1 yr and they were right unfortunately

So sorry I understand how you feel.... Is so sad we have to go through this hard time with uscis. Today is exertly 16months since TSC received our case and till today we ve not heard anything from them.... So don't cry for crying will not solve anything and don't lose faith either keep ur faith strong hopefully everything will be over soon. Thank God for Skype atlist my wife and I communicate through skpye.... Cheers

The 180 days really mean nothing. I know of people who got NOIR send in their evidence then waiting another year. I know someone been waiting since January.

robinanis, I responded to their NOIR letter, and they had it, Are they gonna reply us with like NOA ? Or it's going to be another long silent wait from now?...Did you or anybody in this situation received NOA for NOIR?...We sent a lot of evidence i.e Affidavits from the family members, Photos (a lot) and some other documents....

After uscis i recieved our rebuttle the case status says they recieved it on june 17 and they will continue to work on our case, then silence.. (crickets), i called uscis and was told to wait 60 days, i called obudsman and was told normally 60-90 days, although thier website says 120 days lol case status should change when a decision is made. Ive downloaded an USCIS app, it quick and accurate to look up case status, i cant tell you to be patient because i cant be, good look and praying for all

Well they say 60 days not to reaffirm. They are just giving a buffer. You have realize security checks, background checks all kinds of things could be happening.

As I mentioned 3 different people all sending in their response to NOIR in January and February. The January person still waiting to hear bak. The February folk one was reaffirmed in 2 weeks petition sent to embassy hubby had interview he is in US now.

The other NOIR was denied they willbrefile.

It's a waiting game with a returned petition. Sorry just hang on.

A denied NOIR ? Interested in the thread if there is one. I wish people would post what the NOIR points are so they can get

feedback on what to submit before they send off the rebuttal. It is not a lackadaisical matter.

omg I m so happy right now even if is this little thing at least i know is moving and i also have you as a point of reference lol. how long those it take the letter to get here ? a week ? also dying to know the reason they didn't believe us in the first place

Hi i received my letter today NOIR and basically it is because bona fide. I want to hire a lawyer for this part and I was wondering if any of you guys had an idea how much money can they charge me so I can shop around between the best that I have here in Miami. Thank you
