Can beneficiary work in other state?

Timeline

Hello,

i have a good job and my husband was offered a well paid job in another state, it would be temporary and i will still live in the same address we gave the uscis... Does it matter if we live apart for a while? do we have to let uscis know of this change...

i would appreciate any help
