We are ready to file for AOS!!! I just have some last minute doubts I hope to have resolved since we are not using an attorney.

1. How does our AOS content and Cover Letter Look? Anything else we are missing

2. Do we send in copies of her expired or new passport? The expired passport was never stamped with the i94 but she was given one which we physically have and are including in the application as a photocopy.

3. Do we need to send a photocpy of her B1/B2 Visa/BCC? It hasn't "expired" but she obviously overstayed the 6 months on the i94. I didn't see anywhere on the guides where Visa Copy is needed for AOS.

4. Any suggestions as far as assembling the packet? We were going to just do ACCO fasteners/simple folder but I've seen people use colored dividers and tabs.

Thank you so much in advance and for being a community that has made this all a little less stressful.
