The question is not are you currently using illegal drugs.

The question is have you ever used illegal drugs.

If you are going to tell the truth, then why are you so concern with how the US Embassy will know that you lied?

A person telling the truth does not have to be concern with being caught lying or how the US Embassy will know.

Only a liar is concern with being caught lying by the US Embassy.

Furthermore, if you are not using drugs then why are you worry about drug tests? If you are not using drugs, then drug tests will show you are clean.
