My father applied for his citizenship with a medical waiver because he has a psychological condition, he had the interview about more than a month ago, but the officer requested a New medical waiver form with more detailed description. He gave us a N-14 form, and it says on the paper my father should collect all evidence by the next appointment date. So far we havent heard anything from USCIS regarding the new appt date. So confused. Does it usually take this long? Or do we actually have to mail them out the evidence before they assign us a new appt date? It doesnt specify anywhere on the form that he gave us.
