I talked to a pro bono immigration lawyer, I believe she told me the evidence for my marriage with my US citizen spouse for N-400 should be covered from the day I apply for the conditions removal of my 2 year green card to the day I file the N-400. I still have yet to apply for 751 to remove the conditions of my 2 year green card.

Anyone? Thanks. I will appreciate.

There is no definitive answer to your question. there are lot of ifs and buts which can lead to should have, could have or would have. Just to avoid any setbacks or delays, i would recommend you to gather every little piece of document that can be a supporting doc ever since you touched the US soil. they might or might not ask you about but why take a chance. i know the dossier can be huge but this is going to be one of the most important things in your life.
