I am waiting for a decision for a while , my son had filed i130 / i485 last year , received date at National benefit centre 10-21 2014 .Got my work authorization in February and after that nothing happened . The status is the same as the very beginning .I did service request in August and an Info pass appointment in October both the answers were that they have no hold and do not require and RFE and my i130 will be adjudicated with my i485 .Last week my lawyer has sent an ambudsman inquiry and have filed for the renewal of my work authorization , can any help me find if this is normal to wait so long .
