My fiancé and I submitted our application in August. Our petition has been approved and sent to the consulate in Mumbai. As it happens they sent packet 3 to the incorrect address. I reached out to them via email and they advised we follow the instructions in the email.

My question is, is there any specific information contained in packet 3 that is required for the interview, medical exam or something else?

Here is what the email said for reference.

Your fiancé(e) visa case is now ready for final processing. Please note

hello!

My fiancee got the packet 3 letter from the Mumbai consulate. Its contents were a printed version of the email you received from UStraveldocs, a copy of the Domestic violence and rights pamplet, and a copy of approved i-129f they received from NVC.

We have our PCC done and yet to do the medical exam part. We have scheduled our appointment for medical interview...the USCIS certified doctor's office just told us to get several photos, passport, interview confirmation letter and past medical records.

So far, we had no use of the packet 3 letter we received from the Mumbai consulate!

Hope this helps!
