POE reviews?

When I hit REVIEWS: Embassy/USCIS & POE

I can never really see any POE ones?

When I searched in the google bar in the upper right I rediscovered them?

Is the link in the toolbar support to work as insinuated by its title or is there an easier way to find POE reviews?

"REVIEWS: Embassy/USCIS & POE" in the menu bar is actually two separate links. Try clicking "POE" instead of "USCIS/Embassy" and you'll get to the POE reviews

I agree that perhaps the wording or layout of those two links could be a little clearer. Perhaps it could be shown with a pipe instead of an ampersand, i.e.as Reviews: USCIS/Embassy | POE?

NO! You already made the point, dearest Elf. Based on how the tool/menu bar is laid out....I would argue w/ extreme prejudice that the Reviews link is not remotely intuitive. The bars | clearly distinguish all the other links, why a user that actually doesnt use mobile, think there were two links there?! But I have felt lately I should quit I as I feel I am a sucky user

I agree that the Reviews links aren't as clear as we might like them to be. How could they be made more intuitive?

I've developed a few dozen websites over the years and I find that menu design is one of the trickiest things to get right, because no two users will see things the same way, and what might be obvious to one person can be completely impenetrable to another. Then you have to balance usability with layout (e.g. more menu items means you need a wider menubar, which might make your site too wide for smaller laptop screens) and design (you want your site to look good) without compromising any of them too much.

Of course you're not a sucky user. You're very active and helpful, and you would be missed. If you're putting in so much time trying to help people here that it's making you feel burned out, giving yourself a few "days off" might make you feel better, but no-one here thinks that you should close your account

I guess link / menu bar aside, I guess perhaps the bigger question is why is the POE reviews isolated at all, but probably require much more coding. You bring up great points but I think the bar or Embassy/USCIS or POE or something would be better than & in the same font, color, no underline, even a broken underline would suggest possible a separate link
