Okay, I've looked through a lot of the resources, and forums and there's just so much information that I'm a little overwhelmed and confused.

I've paid the AOS & IV bill, they both show as paid

Now that it's time for me to turn in the AOS and IV package, I'm confused about this process.

Is it possible to send them both in at once?

If so, how do I assemble this?

Do I need two separate mailing packages or can they be in the same package?

Any guidance through this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

Yes, send both at the same time.

I had an envelop for the AOS, I included the cover letter (NVC sends you this with a list of items, and I ticked away which ones I had and put it in the order on the document) along with the confirmation page where I paid which has a bar code. I did the same for the IV package with the civil documents.

I then put in both of these envelopes into a bigger one so one envelope with two envelopes in there and sent to the NVC.

Let me know if this helps.

Mail in your IV and AoS package now! No need to wait. Just make sure you include the barcoded cover sheet.

You put everything together in one packet. If you've received the document cover list from NVC, use this. If you don't want to wait for it, you can print out the barcode from the AOS and/or IV receipts from the CEAC website and use instead.

But both sent together in one envelope.

Employment Letter (although not required)

Pay stubs for the last 6 months (again, not required but we included them)

Copy of Marriage Certificate

Copy of U.S. passport

IV docs:
