Frankfurt Embassy -Police Certificate Translation

I swear this is the never ending process.

My fiance needs to get the certificates in Italy. I was looking at the latest checklist info to find out about the translation guidelines. The instruction is this: Please note that a police certificate with an entry must be accompanied by a certified English translation."

His certificate has Nulla, which isn't entry in my mind. Does this mean we need a translation at all or just a simple translation and not a sworn one?

I know as for the German Police Certificate that you dont need to translate it for your interview IF it has no entries. Speaking of the Italian one i'd say get it translated by a certified person. Shouldnt be more than 20-30 Euros, if you are still in Germany.
