Doubt about I-134 Form

Hello everyone,

My fiancée is currently getting stuff ready for the K1 visa interview which is going to be later in December.

The thing is, his currently income is above the 125% so we won't need a co sponsor at this point I think, but he lost the W2 and all he have is the tax transcripts from 2014.

Also He did not filled or have anything from the past years (2012 and 2013) because he was under 18.

Is it the last 6 paystubs, tax transcripts from 2014 and life insurance along with bank paperwork and employemt paperwork enough for the interview or I need anything else?

thanks :)

Did the embassy request all of that information you are talking about. I just completed the process with the US.Embassy Bangkok for my Fiancee. to be honest they only wanted a signed Affidavit of Support along with my latest Tax return document. I did not need to send anything in addition to that to prove my finances. The process was easy and we did not hit any snags. Just make sure to pay attention to the requirements they ask of you and don't try to go beyond that, unless you need a substitute.
