Hopefully I have earned a bit of good will. I've tried to search but monster head ache hopefully a bit of help tonite.

My CEAC tracker went approved and stopped updating no new timestamps. I tried the ustraveldocs and it said out for delivery. Fiance got visa today! woot.

It says expires APR

Petition expires DEC (was a wk or two before interview)

So these are all good. yeah!

1. Says Petition number WAC### than some Numbers in Red off to the right that starts K### what is this number?

2. Wifes name on her ID is Family name, name1, name2, name 3 on visa it says

Surname = Family name

Given name = name2, name1 name2

Is this normal/expected/oK?

3. When purchasing ticket, will they be hard core about the names /order like when sending money transfers matching ID perfectly and having it backwards and in the exact order on ID?

**I hope to get married and change name to 3 names to rid of this issue forever.

4. For POE, her aunt /uncle lives here but one cousin lives across country u just had a baby and they are all going to see him for Thanksgiving. If economical, Could she POE there and meet up w/ them for a few days and then one way to me? Or would this be scrutinized negatively?

Thanks friends, heo luoi.

Should ticket match ID/passport or VISA?

First off, congrats!

1. I don't see a WAC number on my wife's Visa. The number in Red is the Non-Immigrant Visa Number, which you will need when filling out the AOS paperwork (part 13 on the I-485 form). There are only 4 sets of numbers: Control Number, Passport Number, one number next to the Expiration Date, and that Red number.

2. My wife has 4 names, too, and on the Visa it says: SURNAME, Name1 Name3 Name2.

3. I don't believe the order matters as long as the names match the Visa (or one of the middle names is missing). I bought her plane ticket a few weeks before her interview (yeah, crazy I know but we save tons of $$$) and had her listed as just Surname, Name1 Name2. No problems whatsoever. But if you want to be sure, buy the ticket using the name listed on her Visa.

4. She could POE anywhere in the country.

Our visa looks diff from those in the gallery.

It clearly says, Petitioner and even has my name , the Petition number off to the right RED numbers that is completely unlabeled.

Also clearly says Expiration of Petition which was extended 30days from date on NOA2

Says Visa = R

Type = K1

Control Number ###

Everything was clear but that RED number.

Says Nationality = VTNM(which is just odd, cause never seen 4 letter abbreviation for it, is all)

My wife's K1 Visa also has that VTNM code for Nationality. Same Visa = R, Type = K1, and has my name as PETITIONER at the bottom, right above the EXPIRATION DATE OF PETITION: 14OCT2014.

The Red number on hers is the letter J followed by a 7-digit number, as in J9999999. That is the Non-Immigrant Visa Number.
