Yes Yes Yes.

I am a petitioner. mom interviews on Nov. 16th. I welcome any suggestions, advice... and ideas, I will inform everyone who the interview for mom went. hoping for positive news to share.

First and foremost wishing your mom some luck for her interview.

Just tell her don't get nervous during the interview and make sure she knows all info about you.

Make sure she made the checklist what to bring during her interview and tell her at least few days prior that everything is ready for her big day.

I filed I-130 R5 received 11/4/15 Case approved 12/2/2015 waiting for NVC letter or will call them next week.

Yayyyyy!!!! Congrats on the quick approval. I'm still waiting for mine. It's been over a month.

we got same service center mi filled IR-5 october got approve November 20 were in the same boat going to call nvc next week.

any one have a idea what document need to bring in interview? please post a list so I will have a idea thank you!

Hello November IR5 filers.. These are my updates

Dec 9 USCIS case was sent to department of state

Dec 15 NVC received my case from USCIS

Dec 29 I called NVC they gave me the MNL case # of my parents DS-261 submit

Dec 30 I paid my AOS bill 125 only for both of them

Dec 31 I received NVC welcome letter.

Now waiting for the invoice of IVF

Hello November IR5 filers.. These are my updates

Dec 9 USCIS case was sent to department of state

Dec 15 NVC received my case from USCIS

Dec 29 I called NVC they gave me the MNL case # of my parents DS-261 submit

Dec 30 I paid my AOS bill 125 only for both of them

Dec 22 I received NVC welcome letter email

and same like you waiting for IVF to be invoice so I can start pay.

glentot have you try to call nvc if they can review your ds-261 so you can start to pay IVF?. I've been trying but can get a nice representative that willing to do it lol! she just told me I have to wait 2 weeks.

Wow you guys petition are so fast. My petition was received on the 5th of November, been almost 2 months now and haven't heard anything. I called 2 weeks ago and there was no new update and still in the process. Only received NOA1 so far.
