Could you please assist me in few questions asked on DS-260 online form.

Question 1

It ask " DO YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO ESTABLISH THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED VACCINATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. LAW ? "

( I had given all the vaccinations required at childhood but I don't have any record to show, WHAT SHOULD I ANSWER THIS QUESTION BECAUSE WHEN i SAY NO. IT ASKS FOR EXPLANATION)

Question 2

My native language is URDU, on the very first, the form asks to write your name in your native language.

( How could I write my name in Urdu ? the keyboard allows only English Language.)

Question 3

My wife is both working and studying (professional course), which occupation should I state on the form ? student or Engineering ? as she'z doing job in engineering sector.

Hi,

1) Regarding vaccination, I would answer "yes" and try to investigate how to get a copy of your original vaccination records in Pakistan. The doctor who will do your medical exam for the embassy may help you on this, call him/her and ask for advice.

2) Can you copy your name in Urdu from another file or source? Using Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V?

3) What is her current job position? This is important because sometimes they cross check it with her employment letter and payslips. Make sure it's the same title.

Set up your computer to input Urdu. If you are on a PC, you should be able to do it under "region and language" in the control panel.

You have to answer of first question as No and write in explanation you will get all require vaccination before your interview. [it is about medical that you will get before interview.]

Q 1: Just say 'no' and give explanation. I explained that I was vaccinated as a child long ago so I have no record.

Q. 2: you dont need to type your name in Urdu. Just write it in English.

Q. 3 If full time employee, write Engineer, if full time student then write student.
