For the DS-160, my boyfriend is "friend" or "other"?

Hello,

I'm a girl with Morroco nationality, and I live with my boyfriend in Paris.

In a few monts, we'll go to Las Vegas to marry each other.

For the line "Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip", that's my fiancé who pay all (I don' know anything about the magical marriage he is planning! :)). So, I think I must answer "other person" ? But at "relationship to you", there is no choice for "boyfriend" ou "fiancé". To talk about my fiancé, may I answer "friend" or "other" ?

That's the same for "Persons traveling with you", may I answer "Yes" and give the name of my fiancé? We'll be allways together, from the Paris airport, to the airplane, etc. ?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Sab

What is your status in France?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

We are both single. We live in the same house together, and we will get married in Vegas...

Fiancée is not in the list. We can only choose "friend" or "other"... :/

Friend is fine.

Too many people have tried to trick US immigration into letting them into the US on non-immigrant visas with the intent to immigrate by marrying a US citizen.

Since your boyfriend is not a US citizen or US green card holder, you should not have any problems traveling together to get marry in the US.

Hello,

I have a last question.

At “Primary Occupation”, I said “Not employed”, and I gave this explanation

I'M LIVING IN FRANCE WITH MY FRENCH FIANCE, XXX XXX (WE ARE GOING TO LAS VEGAS TOGETHER TO MARRY EACH OTHER AT GRACELAND CHAPEL), WHO IS THE FOUNDER AND GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS COMPANY:
XXX (with address)

XXX XXX IS THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENT WHERE WE ARE LIVING TOGETHER.

THE FIRST MONTHS OF 2015, I WORKED AS A BABY-SITTER, BUT I'M NOW STUDYING DANCE AT THIS SCHOOL:

XXX (address of the school)

ACTUALLY, I'M NOT EMPLOYED, BUT MY FIANCE SUPPORTS ME SO I CAN STUDY DANCE (MY BIG PASSION) FROM 2015 TO 2017.

MY FIANCE HAS AN AVERAGE INCOME OF 3000 EUROS PER MONTH, AND HE WILL PAY 100% OF OUR TRIP AND WEDDING IN LAS VEGAS.

Is that ok for you? I said the reality...

At the end, they ask “Did anyone assist you in filling out this application?”. But as I don't speak English and my fiancé help me to translate all, may I answer "Yes" and give his name?

Thanks ! :)

Student would be simpler.

Oui?

No, I'm not student at all. I go one hour per week in a dance school, with a private teacher. But during the week, I stay at home with my fiancé...

By this, I wanted to explain that I want to be a dancer in the future, and that I'm not planning to stay in US, as I have this project in France.

I would forget that, not an area of expertise but I have a rough idea of the requirements for those training to dance professionally.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
