Doesn't look good. The father had no weapon and had his hand's in the air. Also looks like a preexisting grudge with one of the marshals.

I agree it sounds bad, but as we have recently learned, just cause the media reports that someone had thier hands up does not make it so

I agree, and obviously it will go through the court system. Right now there is a gag order so it's hard to say if and when they will release the camera footage.
