And there have been many instances where an RFE was received because an original signature was not provided.

I did not have any wet signatures from my fiancé and our petition was approved without any RFE's. He scanned everything to me and I printed it out.

Could be a gamble, yes- but thankfully I came out on the upper side of it!

Thanks for your input. She'll be sending those forms to me soon. We went through them and I explained how to fill them out. English is a 3rd language for her, so some of the words are confusing. And no, I don't mind forking over that 57 dollars. It's just annoying when I have to do that twice because I forgot to have her send some of the forms when she sent other stuff before.
