It says in my DS-3025 that the US vaccination requirements are complete, but I'm confused about the influenza shot. I had my medical exam on September 22nd so it was out of flu season and I never received the shot.

I read this pinned thread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/551080-immunizations-ds-3025-or-i-693/and it says that the waiver in the last column should be F (not flu season) but mine says A (not age appropriate). Did the doctor make a mistake?

P.S. I'm 22 years old.

Should have been marked 'not flu season', but not sure this mistake will really matter all that much. They can see by the date of your medical that it was not flu season at the time. I would personally not bother seeing a civil surgeon for an I-693 unless asked to do so in an RFE or at an interview(if you have one).
