Does anyone know if there's such a thing as permanent make-up done over here?

In Belgium, you could go to specific beauty salons and get your eye make-up done "permanently", sort of like tattooing I suppose. It wears off over time though so you have to go back once a year or something like that.

That's something I'd pay for :P I have BIG eyes and feel uncomfortable without having kohl/eyeliner and a little bit of mascara applied. We all have our insecurities, right? :P

hahah Amanda, you noticed :)

I am sure you could get just the "bikini" not the brazilian for around $25.00...............I just got a brazilian last week......................Holy Sh*t.............now that was painful :o

Worth it though-in my opinion(just take my advice pop 2 ibuprofen an hour before-it does wonders). Also ladies-don't EVER EVER get a bikini wax while you are pms-ing. I know us women can handle pain-but we are more sensitive that time of the month-Oh God I am having flashbacks :crying:

My ex used to wax herself and actually got pretty good at it but in the beginning it was a mess. She ended up with wax everywhere imaginable!

I think it's worth it too!! Dave loves it as well..... but that's true, I don't think he'd go through that kinda pain either!

and I didn't mean "don't get it done if you think it's painful".... I meant "don't get it done during that time of the month!

Ive used that pre-waxed cold strips by VEET for my legs and they are fine and not as messy as that heat it up stuff..they take almost all the hairs off in one pull (its really not that bad gals, c'mon) and the rest u can pluck out..

If Im really bored I pluck em out instead of waxing over my whole legs

Bikini areas..too scared to wax any part cept the top bit..the rest gets shaved.. tho I've plucked that as well (well not all over! but its more painful than legs) I hate that it grows back so fast tho

Underarms - did it once years ago and all the wax stayed on my skin and it took forever to get off, so havent bothered since, just shaved them.

I must just be destined to be hairy because waxing (pre-waxed strips, the kind you spread yourself, and professional) and NAIR stuff have NEVER worked well for me. Half the hair is still there! I guess a lifetime of shaving or lots of money on laser are my only options! :(
