If you have filed for divorce, then you should resubmit with a waiver and the paperwork showing the divorce filing. You will then receive an RFE for the final divorce decree.

If you withdraw an application, USCIS will NOT send you a notice to reapply. The application is the sole responsibility of the applicant. They do not know if you will divorce, if you will leave the country and forfeit your LPR status, etc., and they don't/shouldn't care either. Good luck!

You should not have withdrawn your application. You can switch from a joint filing to a waiver filing by making a written request to USCIS stating such. Too late now, unfortunately. You will just have to refile. This would have avoided you having to pay another filing fee.

If the CPR filed to remove conditions alone with divorce waiver before the 2 years GC expires, and his waiver was denied. will he/she be deported before the expiry date of the 2 years GC? or they wait the 2 years to expire before taking any legal actions as deportation.

If the CPR filed to remove conditions alone with divorce waiver before the 2 years GC expires, and his waiver was denied. will he/she be deported before the expiry date of the 2 years GC? or they wait the 2 years to expire before taking any legal actions as deportation.

It can happen before or after depending on when the waiver got denied. However, it's not an automatic process, as after denial you get referred to immigration judge for removal proceedings where you have a final showdown to prove your case in front of an immigration judge. If you fail then that's when you get removed.
