Fees at the airport

Beginning February 1, 2015, the International Passenger Service Charge (IPSC) or the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal fee of Php 550 for international flights, will be integrated into airline tickets. In compliance with the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 2014, this will apply for passengers who will book international flights from Manila or transiting Manila starting February 1, 2015.

​If you booked and purchased your ticket from US of other countries, Terminal Fees may not be included since this is a mandate for all tickets issued in the Philippines or by Philippine based airlines.

if you fly with Philippine Airlines, travel tax and terminal fees are already included.

Provincial airports do have 750 pesos terminal fee for international flights. NAIA collects 500 pesos only..

Are u sure that travel tax included in e-tickets in PAL? But what is written in my e-ticket is that, its only terminal fee which is included. So meaning i still have to pay that 1620 travel tax in TIEZA. Pls tell me what to do coz im planning tomorrow morning to pay travel tax coz my flight is on nov26

Sometimes the travel tax is included, sometimes it isn't, only way to know is reading the list of fees. You can easily pay it at the airport also, the counter is at the front of the terminal.

Yeah. I read my ticket and i didnt see that travel tax is paid so i need to pay 1620 tomorrow. Tnx hank

I personally would recommend that anyone departing the country through NAIA have at least P2500 with them for each traveler to cover fees, taxes, porters, (bullet buy back!!!) etc., etc.

If you get through final security check without using it you can always snacks, souvenirs, etc. or keep it for your next return, or put it in your first balikbayan box. .
