For our IR-1 petition I had to amend my return so I wasnt able to send the tax "transcripts" because the IRS has not processed them yet, I filed them in June, 23 weeks ago, Processing time according to IRS is 12 weeks. go figure. Since I was self employed working as a contractor outside the USA , I had no w-2s to send, so I sent:

Amended 1040x (3 years)

current employment contract detailing pay and benifits, and pay stubs

I make well over the requirment

Will I get an RFE in your opinions? because I dont have the actual tax transcripts as of now, or will they just accept my current income and job ?
