Suggest that you ask the Juarez consulate for the particulars on getting those things done in DF.

Was going thru the forum and found this and yes we have asc and medical here in Mexico city, one week before my fiances appt. But I really don't know how it works, if it's for df residents only or not. Because on the Juarez page it says on for distrito federal residents. Luckily my bf is from here. So if your from here go ahead. You can schedule your asc in df when you make your consular appt. Goodluck ???
