Have my fiancé write a letter to visit while K1 pending?

Hey guys, Im flying to the US next week. Our I-129F petition is pending, I can't show much home ties and I hope I wont get scrutinized and denied entry. I wanna be prepared. I was wondering if it will help if my fiancé writes a letter saying we are aware of the process and we won't marry until the case is approved, and I'm just there to spend the holidays.

Do you guys have any tips to minimize the possibility of me getting denied?

I don't think it will help you much to be honest. Everybody can write a letter saying that.

That said you live in a country with VWP so I really don't think you will have any problems as long as you are honest

if they ask any questions.

Honestly, I don't think a letter like that would help. Just bring the NOA1 for your I-129f, so you can show that you're in the process. That should do it since you're from a VWP country. I mean if you wanted to, you could have entered any time you wanted under the VWP, gotten married and adjusted. You bringing your NOA1 with you will prove that you're doing this the right way. If they even ask for proof. I've been flying over to see my husband every three months for the past four and a half years without ever having being asked to show proof of ties to my home country.

Actually I'm flying over for the holidays too. Have a safe trip and enjoy spending time with your fiance over the holidays.

Hi,

i called the embassy regarding that matter before my vacation in US and they suggest to get a letter from my employer showing I have a job and I'm supposed to be back, work contract,also if u have a bank account you can show details of your savings and if are renting an appartment u can show the contract with the amount requested as guaranty. If you are student a letter from school showing u are enroll in certain programme and you will not end it untill certain date. I advised you to call the u s embassy! In the end if you are honest at custums it should be fine!

Thanks, unfortunately I'm not employed right now and I live together with my mom. So I can't proof I have home ties like you do.

Alright I can also bring a doctors appointment and the appointment that I have the for the police records for the K1. Can I bring this as a home tie?

Thanks. I will bring as much as possible. Family ties, bills, appointments back home, bank statement. I hope I do not need them.
