Hello Liezlltd,

If you are still in Kuwait, here is what you need to do in order to obtain the Kuwait PCC:

1) In order to obtain a Police Clearance from the Kuwaiti government, you will need to pick up a clearance request letter at the U.S. Embassy, Window #2, Sunday through Thursday, from 1 p.m. till 3 p.m.

2) You will need a copy of your Case Notification from NVC or KCC (Diversity Visas) in order to pick up the letter.

3) Please note that the Kuwaiti government will not issue police certificates without the Embassy letter.

The location is at Dajeej, Kuwait (Ministry of Interior - Department of Fingerprints)

I have attached the images of this location as reference.

I hope this was of some help.

Hi Liezlltd,

In that case, you will need to go to the Kuwait Embassy in Manila.

The link provided below should get you somewhere positive in this regard.

If you have a copy of your old civil ID and residency copy, you can submit that to them and I suppose it should be straight-forward.

Hi Liezlltd!

It's better to call first the kuwait embassy in manila for inquiry. (02) 556 3860 that's the landline of kuwait embassy manila. You must start ASAP because it will take 5 months or more to have a copy of your police clearance. I requested a copy of my police clearance last August 2015 but until now, January 2016 I don't have my copy. and if you will ask them (staff of kuwait embassy manila) why it takes so long, they will say, "just wait or call again tomorrow or next week".

pls, if you have already your police clearance can you reply. tnx
