The temporary green card is your endorsed passport.

A CR1 is a conditional LPR. You will need to remove the conditions from the card by proving you had a real marriage in about 2 years time from entry. (minus 90 days.)

An IR1 does not need to remove the conditions on their card.

Otherwise they have all the same rights.

Your timeline says you got married on July 13, 2014. If the beneficiary enters the US on the spousal visa on or after July 13, 2016 they will be eligible for a 10-year green card. If they enter before then, they'll get a conditional green card and will need to apply for removal of conditions during the 90 days before their second anniversary as a conditional resident.

If your spousal visa is approved shortly before your second wedding anniversary, it's very much in your interests to wait until you've been married for 2 years before entering the US. It's worth waiting an extra month or so to be together if it means avoiding the stress and expense of the ROC application two years down the road.

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".
