Hi, everyone good day to all. My sister in law wants to know how long after her husband files for her visa does it take to get approved they were married in the Philippines her husband is a UK citizen

Please restate the question - it is very confusing. Secondly, impossible to know when anything will be approved. Most of us are here waiting on visas - hence the name of the website. Good luck to her.

Hi will my sister in law got married in June in the Philippines to her UK boyfriend he filed for her visa in July she was just wondering how things work in the UK with immigration to there

If her husband is an LPR petitioning for a spouse I believe it takes considerably longer than if he was a US citizen. There are annual limits to the number of visas issued in this category.
