No update for me either, Case Status still stuck at November 27th where it states an RFE for initial evidence was sent and they won't begin working on my case again until they received it. RFE was sent and confirmed delivered by USPS, but no acknowledgement by USCIS.

Numerous phone calls chasing this up with USCIS amounted to nothing, though I did manage to get an online case inquiry/ service request through the other week. Previously I wasn't able to do so as when I kept trying it said "Case within normal processing time". Last week the clock must have ticked over a set point and I was then able to get one through.

The case inquiry that went through said that I will hear something by March 31st. It would be nice to know that something is actually moving with my case so I can make plans. I need to go back to the UK to sort out a number of issues, and arrange to have my belongings shipped over. I don't want to book flights yet until I know when/ if I will be called to interview. Hopefully I'll hear something in the next two weeks as stated by the USCIS.

I just got a weird text update. I never sent in for any kind of name update.

"Name was Updated

On March 16, 2016, we updated your name for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX"

I think I will try a service request too. Mine has been stuck at RFE response received (as we know one step further than yours is stuck at) as of December 31st.

I do wonder whether you will just get a letter saying it's still within their processing timeframe...

My service request this week,which I sent on Wednesday got answered the next day.

They replied saying they received my RFE and that my case is still within the 90 days for the USCIS to respond.

120 days since my application was sent in and still no work card.

I am assuming they are starting my case back from the beginning and it could take another 2 months.

At this stage I am lost what to do and just don't seem to understand the process anymore.

We also got an RFE and our status has been stuck on it being received since December, but nothing since. We got our EAD and AP, but no movement on the GC. I really don't think about it at all anymore until someone or something reminds me that we don't have the GC yet, but it's been a while now - nearly 4 months - and no update. I'm really hoping our Medical from last April doesn't expire before they process us.

Just checked my status. I think I know what it means but wanted to check before getting too excited...

For my AoS/Green Card case number, it now says "my new card is being produced" does this mean no interview?!

Could be earlier. Mine came sooner than 90 days after the RFE response was received by the USCIS.

I sent my RFE for initial evidence in on December 22nd 2015. Biometrics done first week of January 2016. EAD/ AP card received about 3 weeks later.

That's my concern also. Can you remember how long the medical is valid for? I seem to recall a year? In that case, I need to get my interview and/ or green card before June.

Not yet... because as far as I'm aware Baltimore is so backlogged they are still stuck somewhere on June 2015 (the last time updated was in Jan)... I don't even know if it's worth it to put in a service request.

A year I think it's good for.
