I sent it to Dearborn by USPS. overnight.

USPS page shows as delivered and signed by someone i dont remember the name

Ohh . I saw a few people mention that when the sent by usps to Dearborn it got transfered so maybe that's what happened with yours .Nonetheless I'm sure it's 1 big building so they all end up in the same area .Don't worry you will get you're notifications soon

I used UPS to send them. not USPS.

Then I sent the forms to

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"
