I think so. It depends on the officer. Same meaning...

I guess the officer is going through the paperwork and trying to click on the approval button ?

I filled a service request on 01/31/2016 and I got the response today. It says " Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly".

11/30/2015 - received 3 NOAs by mail

Same as me

But you adjusted from B2?? right? i thought every B2 got an interview?

I am confused:/ i could see an under review from a K1 bc most dont have an interview.. but i figured a B2 visa AOS would just go right to an interview...

. My husband is adjusting from B 2 visa (visitor) and he expect an interview obviously , just got biometrics appointment today and our NOA is Nov 9th .

Under review to get the EAD but we will have the interview for sure. I guess every case needs a review before next steps.

Isn't it strange that since the 3rd feb there are no approvals reported? Unless people haven't put their data in when got the approval.... Plus, has everyone seen the tab on this site about "processing times" that says that filed on "20th Nov they are currently processing"? Where the hell do they get that data from? Confusing...

Yeah, that's what I've noticed, too! The processing time (from 18th to 20th Nov) changed in the last few days, however no one has updated their timeline since the 3rd...

2015-04-03: I-129F sent

2015-04-06: I-129F received

2015-04-15: NOA1 received

2015-05-21: RFE message received by email and text

2015-05-26: RFE hardcopy received

2015-05-27: RFE sent

2015-05-28: RFE received by CSC, status updated on USCIS website

At the moment the November filers are getting a tough time.

Is it because of staff or an error they are running behind?

It seems like November was close to the end of the year and staff are tired, lol. then we had thanks giving and.Christmas a month later and staff maybe been sick!!??

All I can say is do not file in November people to anyone who may read this or it will not be a happy Christmas or new year so far lol.

It does actually seem like the November filers are getting the wrong end of the stick... In September the stats gave 76days average, October 78, November 79, December 79, January went to 80,and now it says 81days to approval on average and counting...

It is just strange how other cases are getting processed quickly.

It is frustrating when some cases get approved within 60 days especially after the November filers.

Unless paperwork is a problem I understand a delay but how can a case be prioritised?

Personally, I left my i 693 out as from June 2015 it says I can bring it to the interview as one of 3 ways to send in the document now and it does not have a problem with processing your case.

I can check others Reciept number by USCIS app.

People who got NOA Nov 9th,they haven't approved yet.

Hey everybody, for those of you who already have your AP/EAD, I was wondering how long it took for you to receive them in the mail after they were approved... and did you get a case update that they were being processed or mailed out?

We put in our service request on day 75. As you can see by my signature, it took about 6 days to get approved. I got a text yesterday that the card was mailed on the 5th. We didn't get a "your card is being produced" update. It went from approved to mailed. We tracked it today and it's set to be delivered on monday. Aaaaaand he starts his new job on Tuesday!

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"

05/23/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/23/2016, we mailed your new card" (text & email)

05/24/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/24/2016, USPS picked up your new card" w/ tracking info (text & email)

Hey everybody, for those of you who already have your AP/EAD, I was wondering how long it took for you to receive them in the mail after they were approved... and did you get a case update that they were being processed or mailed out?

You can also see it in my signature. Called after 77 days on a Monday, Tuesday it said my EAD was in production, Wednesday it said it was approved, Friday it said it was mailed and I received it the Monday after. I got an alert for each step.
