11/15/2015 - sent AOS package filing concurrently from B2 overstayed 4 years

11/17/2015 - delivered

11/23/2015 - eNotices received, checks cashed

11/30/2015 - received 3 NOAs by mail

12/14/2015 - received biometrics appt letter for 12/21/2015

12/15/2015 - early walk-in biometrics complete

01/31/2016 - submitted an inquiry about the status of EAD

02/01/2016 - the service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed

02/05/2016 - received a response "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

02/08/2016 - case updated I-765 Approved on 02/04/2016, received NOA in mail

02/10/2016 - case updated EAD card was mailed on 02/09/2016

02/11/2016 - case updated Interview Scheduled for 03/17/2016

02/12/2016 - received EAD card by mail, applied for SSN

02/13/2016 - received interview notice in mail

EKOEKO how the hell they say it's within the 90days..if you filed on the 5th Nov it's certainly beyond 90days now. I'm desperate and I'm on the 78th day. I can't possibly imaging how I would feel if I pass even the 90day framework...

I'm wondering why in some cases people are receiving EADs faster. These cases are processed in the same place right?

It is mindblowing. I've seen cases here approved even in 57 days!! Quite a few of them in 73-75days without even a service request. It's so frustrating that the USCIS processes are such a mystery to everyone... :(

So you guys got an actual letter from USCIS after a service request? Awesome, I haven't got anything at all... Not that it would be important, just strange...If they mailed my EAD, I wouldn't give a thing:)

I think so.

I heard that only AOS is sent to local office.

I sent mine off nov 26.. interview feb 16..70 days!! no EAD.. obviously at this point, im not worried about the EAD lol! i cant believe my interview is so quick!!! im worried that means im getting an instant denial or something! LOL!

What does 'under review' mean???
