I'm also in NJ and NOA is Nov 9.

My EAD hasn't gotten approved too.

. But you already had the biometrics appt at least right?

11/5/2015 AOS package sent to USCIS

11/9/2015 USCIS received AOS package

11/23/2015 received NOA 4text/emails

11/27/2015 received NOA 4letters

12/7/2015 received biometrics appointment letter(app12/15/2015)

12/15/2015 taken finger prints/photo (done bio)

12/23/2015 case status I-485 has changed on the USCIS website by receipt number (ready to be scheduled for an interview )

01/20/2015 I put service request for I-765

01/23/2015 The service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed.

02/10/2015 EAD/AP was approved.

02/12/2015 USCIS EAD/AP CARD mailed me.(2/16updated on website )

. Yes, 2 phone inquirys in Jan and in the website it says completed and the officer sent a response so im waiting for it.

Hi EKOEKO, sorry for opening another topic, but I saw in yr signature that you also put a service request a few days ago. How many days was passed between it was assigned to an officer and completed?

I am asking, because my request was sent to an officer for response, but it hasn't been completed since this Tuesday...Thanks!

Congrats everyone on their approvals :) I'm still waiting on mine!

It's been 81 days since the NOA dates on my documents for EAD and AP (Nov. 16th). I've had no RFE's and my service request was completed last week, but that didn't budge anything. Other than that I haven't heard a single thing. I'm assuming, from previous posts, that calling doesn't help much either if you've already put in a request? I'm just hoping it gets approved soon! :)

Yeah, it is so annoying that the SR can help for some people and for others it can't... I am also waiting for some answers, we also called them today, but I don't think it helped:(

laujersey,they have to do something for your situation.If I were you I would call them every day.

But here is some post which EAD approved without bio.

Bogi&Nick,in my situation was same day to be completed.

But my EAD is not approved yet.

Also I got mail which said my case is within currently processing time so I can't do anything just wait.

Keep it up for everyone

Its stressful am sure for everyone, they are probably doing what they can but for most of us, it is not enough!

it seems that 75 day mark gives them 2 weeks to work on the individual case and get a response out by day 90.

For green card interviews, it seems the normal time frame (once all the paperwork is completed) is 6 months so November filers should be expecting good new around the end of April but waiting on an EAD inbetween is the toughest part.

On top of getting approved the card, their will be an extra wait to receive the card in hand then having to obtain a social security number.

At this point, it looks like a March date before we have our EAD...
