I'm actually in new jersey so I have no idea why they sent my stuff to Missouri. I'm just super paranoid they actually lost my paperwork and they're just wasting more of my time. Oh well... yeah, I was going to call but apparently the national benefits centre or whatever it's called doesn't even take phone calls. It's so stupid!

Congratulations on getting a date for your interview, I wish you good luck :)

AOS cases are sent to Missouri. If you have an NOA, your paperwork isn't lost, but perhaps there is a step that the NBC needs to do in order for your local office to schedule your biometric appointment? You may need to call USCIS back again and ask them how you can resolve your problem. We put in a service request in yesterday and it was assigned to the Dallas field office since we were asking about the biometric appointment. It was addressed and completed yesterday, so we don't know exactly what was done, but I'm hoping it was a biometric appointment. If the first rep can't help explain what happened on your service request, maybe a tier two rep can?

weird. umm.. i would defintely send a request!!! you should have your biometrics by now.

Ohh I see. I didn't know that! I had put my postal code in the USCIS site and it said it would be sent to vermont so it confused me.

I'm glad your request was completed! I guess maybe I should just wait the 30 days before I do anything else? It's just so weird.

ahahaha i just got my interview status update too!! are you adjusting from a visitor visa? If so, you are always guaranteed an interivew:/ annoying, i know! i waited 2.5 years to file my paperwork as well! LOL! I am waiting on the EAD as well.. so frusting!! At least we get a 10 year and don't need to file more paperwork to remove conditions.

That sounds awful! If you are in texas, good luck! i hear its all backlogged there:/ nothing you can really do except wait. of course, i would try calling but it probably won't do any good.

I am adjusting from an F1 Student visa, I cant wait to hear my EAD is approved!

My service request has said the same thing. I also did not get any email or text, so I think it's a normal thing. Only my service request was for a biometrics appointment, not EAD.

Yep! That's what it means. Your EAD has been approved! Soon after my AP said it was approved as well so it seems like it'll be an EAD/AP combo card. Congrats!!!

Congrats - we put in service request on the 19th, it says it was assigned, resolved and closed, but still no update for us yet. Still just says case received November 4, 2015. Hopefully we will hear something soon as well.
