from F1 visa they will interview us for sure, right?

I can't say yes...

But normally we will have an interview.

I'm from F1 visa..I haven't heard people who didn't have an interview from F1.

Maybe someone who was super well preparations from F1,wouldn't have to have interview.lol

Hi guys!!

Congratulations to those of you who have either gotten your EAD/AP/Green Cards already. That is fantastic news! I've been reading some of the posts from the last two days, and I just have a couple of questions.

1) What is this USCIS app that you are talking about? What's it called? I'd like to download it, but I tried looking through the app store on my iphone and nothing came up.
2) In regards to not hearing anything for 75 days and asking for a 'service' check, what does that actually entail? I call USCIS, tell them it's been 75 days since my EAD filing and that I've heard nothing and that I want to be 'serviced'? Is that really the correct term or is there something I can refer to as proof to get them to start working on my AED? I'm at 61 days at this point with no news.

Heads up to November filers, you can file a service request over the phone when you have passed the 75 day mark for the EAD, what I've seen in our October group some will get fast approvals on AP/EAD card, hindsight some of us filed service requests at the 90 day mark or later. When the request was made approval were within 2 days. So those of you that don't get early approvals watch your receipt date and call after 75 days, it will force them to look at you EAD. Good luck

i received a text saying my I-485 has a new status update, so i logged into the USCIS website and the I-485 (green card) showed a new update saying card is being produced. The EAD/AP doesnt have an update though :) and i guess thats because they are no longer needed if i already have been approved for the AOS
