updated: today from the app that green card was picked up by usps. Tracking number provided via that same message as well. Funny thing was i knew the shipping number prior to the app update because of usps account notified me of incoming mail.

:)

Anyways it says priority mail so lets see how long it takes. Guess dont need EAD and AP, they havent been updated at all since the very beginning.

Thanks for the info rona1979!!! This Sunday Feb.14th marks day 75, but we'll wait till Tuesday since I think Monday is a holiday and they will most likely be close which is a bummer

and just our luck!

You are most welcome. I made my service request on a Sunday (superbowl). The next day i had a response. I suggest u do the same thing eventhough it's a holiday or weekend so that by Tuesday you will have your answer. :)

The GC overrides the need for EAD/AP! Congrats!

Hey,

Jumping in here. I submitted AOS Nov 2015 and got my NOA1 27th nov. Anyone else same NOA1 Date? Im anxiously waiting my EAD approval but I dont think it will be until tuesday/wed next week. Seems to be a little backlog and I think USCIS is closed monday.

On Monday, FEB 8 we got an email saying our EAD was approved on FEB 5. "Card being produced".

FEB 10 we got 6 emails saying our EAD was sent on FEB 9. "Card sent".

No tracking number.

yesterday Thursday 11th our card arrived!!!!!! Now to the GC!!!

K1 Application Process
20th November 2014: Form I-29f sent recorded delivery to USCIS Lockbox
1st December 2014: USCIS received I-29f and sent application to Texas Service Centre for processing (confirmation email and text sent to petitioner on 4th December 2014)
7th January 2014: No sign of NOA1 receipt. My fiancé (the petitioner) contacted USCIS and was told they would send out a new receipt.
27th May 2015: Confirmation on USCIS website that case was approved. Waiting for formal NOA2. 177 days since application.
21st June 2015: U.S. Embassy in London received pack.
3rd August 2015: Medical completed and completed Notification of Applicant Readiness form.
19th August 2015: Letter received from U.S. Embassy in London with interview date: 14th September 2015. 287 days since I-129F September 2015: K1 Visa approved!
17th October 2015: Married!

Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process
16th November 2015: Filed AOS paperwork along with Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advanced Parole (AP) requests.
19th November 2015: NOA1 received.
15th December 2015: Attended biometrics appointment.
2nd February 2016: Completed electronic service request for EAD. System wouldn't let me complete one for AP.
3rd February 2016: Received electronic notification via the USCIS app that my EAD was approved. AP case status never changed from "Application was received".
8th February 2016: Received NOA I-797 for EAD AND AP.
10th February 2016: Received EAD/AP combo card. Delivered by USPS with regular mail, no signature required.

27th June 2016: Received Green Card.

Congrats! almost the same. My EAD has not arrived yet, hoping for today. But got notification that USPS picked up my greencard and It has a tracking number and that says card's expected delivery date is tomorrow!

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

BIO for N400 : 11/30/18

EST. Case Completion: October 2019) of 7/15/19 

INTERVIEW: 10/7/2019- APPROVED

Congratulation to all the approvals! I swear there is no logic in how it works

It's like did you land on a fast desk or a slow desk

Out of the blue today we just got our green card approved.

No rfe no interview and straight into production

Maybe a little bit of good karma from how long we had to wait with the k1 visa ?

So excited though and hope it's one of many to come from today! Good luck to everyone waiting

It'll happen when you least expect it! So don't give up hope

Date Filed : November 12th

NOA : November 16th

Biometrics : December 7th

Approved EAD&AP : January 29th

Card Mailed : February 2nd
Received Card : February 5th

So after another service request yesterday, MY EAD/AP IS BEING PRODUCED TODAY!!!! I was just jumping up and down for a half hour, I am sooo happy:)))) Hopefully they are going to give me a tracking number latest on Tuesday... Congratulations to everyone who already got it and good luck to everyone!

2015-04-03: I-129F sent

2015-04-06: I-129F received

2015-04-15: NOA1 received

2015-05-21: RFE message received by email and text

2015-05-26: RFE hardcopy received

2015-05-27: RFE sent

2015-05-28: RFE received by CSC, status updated on USCIS website

2015-06-17: NOA2 message received by email

2015-06-22: NOA2 hardcopy received

2015-07-20: Got our case # from NVC on the phone and same day transferred to the Embassy

2015-07-27: According to the CEAC site, our case is ready for the interview

2016-01-04: Biometrics was taken for AOS

2016-02-01: Service request sent regarding EAD

2016-02-02: Service request was sent to an officer for response

2016-02-11: Second service request sent, assigned to an officer same day
2016-02-12: EAD/AP card is being produced!!!

So I just received a package from USPS with the tracking number that was assigned to the GC! I havent opened it yet as I want to open it with my wife when she gets home from work. SUPER FAST delivery by USPS!

Normal life resuming in..... NOW! :-)

11/17/2015 - delivered

11/23/2015 - eNotices received, checks cashed

11/30/2015 - received 3 NOAs by mail

12/14/2015 - received biometrics appt letter for 12/21/2015

12/15/2015 - early walk-in biometrics complete

01/31/2016 - submitted an inquiry about the status of EAD

02/01/2016 - the service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed

02/05/2016 - received a response "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

02/08/2016 - case updated I-765 Approved on 02/04/2016, received NOA in mail
