Packet Received

Hi,

I picked up my packet this morning at the embassy. When I was going over the packet, it says to bring the appointment letter when going for the medical examination. However, I don't see any appointment letter in the packet. All I have here are the forms and instructions. Does it mean that the packet itself serves as the appointment letter, or I need to call the embassy and ask for the appointment letter?

The lady said to just come back when I have accomplished everything and I am ready for the interview anytime between Mon to Thurs, 8 - 10 AM. I think she meant I can have my interview as soon as I am ready, no need for appointment or anything. Btw, I am going thru the US Embassy in Belmopan City, Belize.

Thanks,

cd

The appointment letter is just the cover letter on the front of the packet. Take that with you to the Medical that is all that you need.

No cover letter though. The very first page is the notice to use the EVAF, and then the Visa Instructions for K1 non-immigrant visa applicants. Is that what you are referring to as the cover page? It says "This office has received notification entitling you to a K1 non-immigrant visa classification," but does not have my name on it. My name only appears on the envelope.

Thanks,
