Should we worry about it? I hope you guys have suggestions on the best thing to do.. We just filed ours this November and waiting for NOA2. Thank you.

Hi,

Your fiance makes above the poverty guide, so he is required to file tax returns.

If he is missing tax returns for the last three years, then he does not meet the I-134 requirements. Since he does not meet the requirement, a visa can not be issued to you.

Yes, you should be very worried. Missing a tax return for any of the last three years means you are not eligible for a visa.

Your fiance needs to file his tax returns if he wants you to get a visa.

Best of luck.
