help!! did not get my appointment-package and my I797 will expire soon

Timeline
After i got my I-129f Approved in July 2015 i have being told by my lawyer to wait for a letter(appointment-package) from embassy but i did not get it yet so i called today the us embassy in my country (us embassy in Tunisia) they told me they received my case and then i have been instructed to make a profile in there website and fill out the form to schedule an appointment but i find out in the same website they give me that i can not schedule my interview online date until I receive a letter with the instructions.So what's going on here!! did the agent at the embassy made a mistake telling me to schedule without receiving the package did he assumed i got the letter plz help me i m so worried you help is really appreciated.


and i ' m sorry i will try to fill my time line again it did not work at first
