Moving during I-751 Process

Hello,

So our moving situation is a bit tricky at the moment. Starting at the beginning of December, I will be sending in the I-751 to remove the conditional residency for my spouse, but we are moving out at the end of December to stay with my parents for a month. After a month at my parents, we will be living in a room share with some people and then in July 2016, we will be moving into a house that we are purchasing.

The reason we can't move into the house now is because there are currently people renting it, but the owner will be selling it to us after they move out (which will be July). We can only stay at my parents house for a month because there just isn't much room for both of us since their house is full enough as it is.

Anyways, during each move, I must change my address each time, will this cause any problems or delays to the processing?

Thanks for the help!

finally, we made it!

Fill out an AR-11 form each time you move, within 10 days of moving. Keep any and all receipts from USCIS showing you have reported the change of address, and you should be fine. I moved shortly after filing the I-751 and have had no problems getting mail from USCIS.

For added peace of mind if you don't get a receipt, you can always schedule an InfoPass to make sure they've gotten the change of address.

As for delays, generally, no. Will your moves be within the Seattle area?
