Illegal Alien Convicted Drug Dealers...deport or reward?

An article in the Washington Post describes the 'plight' of numerous illegal aliens who were convicted of selling drugs...and now that there is a move to reduce the sentences of these convicted criminals, many (all!!) face deportation....while their Amcit spouses weep and whine....really? If any kind of relief is given to these absolute dirtbags of society, then how would that make sense when many foreign born spouses of USCs are put on hold for a year or more when they admit moderate drug use or their med tests reveal some use of marijuana? Why should the US of A reward drug dealers, no matter what their immigration status? Sorry....ship their sorry behinds back where they came from, because it will only be a matter of moments before they return to their previous 'occupation', since few, if any, will be able to find stable employment.....if some trailer park dweller was stupid enough to marry one of these slime balls, too bad for you....I urge everyone on VJ to contact their congressman/senator and ask/plead with them to turn a deaf ear to the false claims of ...'he was just trying to support his family and deserves a green card....'....no way, Jose.....to do so would be so disingenuous, so insulting to others.....these illegals preyed upon our youths, happy as could be to be making money selling drugs...when caught and after possibly being released, would YOU want these pieces of pond scum in YOUR neighborhood, armed with a green card and work authorization, while YOUR foreign born spouse has to wait 1-2 years for a new interview to prove he has been free of drugs for that time???? What is fair?

Deporting illegal alien criminals should be a no-brainer....adios...vaya con dios....hasta mucho luego....

Your thoughts, please?

Please remind me and all of our listeners of something.....what 'race' are illegal aliens? Answer: none that I am aware of....illegal aliens are parasites, stealing jobs, medical care and other benefits that they have NOT earned, while often American citizens wind up paying for these services....it has grown more than tiresome listening to their pathetic bleating about how 'unfair' our immigration laws are (yet the drug dealers gladly violated our laws regarding selling or dealing drugs), how much 'we want to be legal'..yet from their first entry into the US, they promptly demonstrated how little respect they had for our laws and borders...

if some trailer park dweller was dumb enough to marry one of these predators, well, too bad....hold hands, leave the US and go live in some third world cesspool dealing drugs with your foreign born spouse...and take your kids with you.

To give illegal alien drug dealers a free pass, an early release, and then a green card is so insulting to those waiting their turn to immigrate legally to the US that even some of the most corrupt politicians would be hard pressed to justify their support for this concept.....

Now, for those of you who might be shedding a tear for some illegal alien drug dealer's USC spouse, just ask yourself this simple question....would you want your children exposed to the world of drugs via some illegal alien father who had a green card given to him just because he managed to marry some dodo with a double digit IQ? I doubt it....

This is one of the hearts of the matter.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

No need to be-head anyone...merely ship them back to where they came from.....if they wish to deal drugs in their own rat hole of a country, be my guest.

Notice we have not heard from any of the so-called supporters of these drug-dealing, convicted criminal illegal aliens with any detail about why these lowlifes should be given a green card or lawful status with which to stay put in the US of A.....let's hear something logical and/or coherent.....this should be amusing...

I understand that many of these people came here as children, are have become gang members and as a result of these deportations, certain Latin American countries, have seen a huge rise in gang related violence, due to being ill equipped to deal with returned former convicts.

Behead them in a square in the center of town.

The trafficking will stop.

Strangely this approach hasn't completely worked even in Saudi. There are always people desperate enough to take the risk. The approach Portugal took on drugs is a much better solution. http://m.mic.com/articles/110344/14-years-after-portugal-decriminalized-all-drugs-here-s-what-s-happening#.x49643x64

The irony is that the GnOP wants the government out of their lives when it comes to guns, but they are more than willing to incite government interference when it comes to drugs and other personal choices.

I don't know, I think today's younger conservatives are much more open to the idea that the war on drugs has been an absolute failure and are more willing to consider other alternatives.

I do ask one question. What about the illegals who are NOT working, collecting benefits, etc but their spouse simply can't afford to sponsor or aos them?
