Okay so.. I just wanna validate my excitement/make sure I'm excited for a good reason.

So my fiance had a good interview, the only worry was financial. We had my mom cosponsor, but even though she made 7000 over the 125% poverty guidelines the CO didn't feel comfortable, and gave my fiance a 221(g) requesting a new cospsonor. Other than that, the interview went well, he commented that he was impressed on how ready my fiance was, and really other than the 221(g) it was a good interview. Our cosponsor makes 64000$ a year, and we only need someone who makes 19.912$. We included more than enough proof, including yearly salary raises and her entire yearly payroll.

So we sent in the documents they requested via LOOMIS on Monday 11/06
On Tuesday 11/07 they recieved the documents
On Wednesday 11/08 the status on the CEAC site changed from Admin Processing to READY and the case date updated

TODAY

It is still READY but it changed from Immigrant to Non-Immigrant!


THIS IS A GOOD SIGN RIGHT?! I just wanna make sure LOL. <3

AOS Timeline 350 days

 

May 31/15 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP to USCIS

June 4/15 - Email and text notifications they were recieved

June 10/15 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD/AP Dated June 1

June 17/15- Change of address confirmation

June 22/15- Biometrics appointment received

July 1/15- Biometrics appointment done(5 minute appointment, 8 hour round trip drive <_< )

August 5/15 - Change of address submitted for new location

August 8/15 - Mobile/E-mail notifications for approved EAD/AP :)

August 17/15 - Change of address confirmation after calling in

August 17/15 - EAD/AP Combo card mailed out(To the wrong address, and then lost by USPS)

September 3/15 - Contacted USCIS and was told to re-apply with a new application and fees?! Put in a service request online for lost card, and a complaint

September 8/15 - USPS found & returned card to USCIS

September 15/15 - Ombudsman contacted USCIS

September 17/15 - Card mailed back out

September 19/15 - EAD/AP Combo card finally in hand

September 22/15 - NPIW letter received, dated September 9/2015 estimated 6 month wait

October 13-21/15 - Traveled using AP to visit parents & ship the rest of our belongings out west

November 27-30/15 - Traveled using AP

December 28/15- RFE hard copy, waiting on documents from Canada

January 31-February 7/16 - Traveled using AP

February 10/16 - Sent in RFE, delivered Feb 16

April 16/16 - Service request filed, RFE was never updated online

May 12 - Approved email and status update dated May 10. Service request never was assigned or solved, though.

May 14 - Greencard in hand!

Well!

About an hour after it went to Non Immigrant it went back to Admin Processing under Non Immigrant.

Still, it had been marked as Immigrant READY since Wednesday, Non Immigrant READY today and then to Non Immigrant Admin Processing about an hour after.

I'm going to still assume everything is good, I've looked up other cases and Admin Processing is normal when they're doing the actual like bios check pre-printing the visa. Today's Friday so it going Non Immigrant today and then turning to Admin Processing is good enough for me since there's nothing they can do over the weekend.

I'll update when ever it changes!

Pretty sure this is all normal and based off other posts I've searched on here, I could still expect to see Issued sometime soon! I think we're past the point of them checking the documents we sent and hopefully given the okay, and in the actual creation of the visa itself stage.

@NinjaMax: As for the Pearson experience, my fiance is flying out of London and POEing in Chicago so I can't help much with that! He's only flown out of Toronto once and it was because the plane he was going to flight out of London on froze over or something. Sorry friend!

And I'm sorry! Make sure you send them in as soon as you have them! The consulate closes on federal holidays which could cause some back up and delays! Good luck!
