Green Card Production

I paid the ELIS fee a couple weeks ago and want to check the progress of the card production. When I go to check case status I cannot figure out what case number to enter! I typed in the original USCIS petition number, the NVC file number, and the A number. Can someone please tell me how to check the status of green card production?

It starts with IOE, but I am not sure if the process is still same, I've heard that it's changed now

I am not at that stage, but I came across info on tracking GC in antoher thread. I believe you go to the following link and click on "To receive status updates on the production of your permanent resident card, please visit Case Status Online."

It will take you to another page where I think you put I-130 tracking to check status on the GC. Let us know if this works or not.

No because in order to check your case status you need the receipt number, that is my question is how do I know what receipt number to use

It's your LIN number if you didn't sign up for an account prior to Aug 31,2015, thats where I'm having issues....it just says it's a tthe Department of State but I've been here since October 07...getting really frustrated.

When you paid the fee on ELIS they used to give you an IOE reciept number. However tracking on the case tracker only worked after the card had been produced. You used to be able to track it in ELIS, sort of. USCIS has never been transparent.

can you help me i want to share my interview experience my interview was 29 dec 2015 and CO ask me 20 plus question i did all questions of K1 visa so after all CO said everything is okay and good, your passport will be deliver through AMEX with in two weeks.

my question is that he never said me additional doc and no give me any paper like green or white only said me like that everything is good and your passport will be deliver through AMEX with in two weeks. Mostly i seen that co said after the interview your visa approved but he did not ask me like that whats that mean?

If he said you will have your passport within two weeks, then generally you will have your passport back in two weeks.....I am not sure if you have some other question

when you paid your ELIS fee at that time it shows your case Number which starts with IOEXXXXXXXXXX. If you did not note that number at that time you have to wait 60 days from the time you paid ELIS fee before you can get any update from USCIS by calling. Hopefully you will get your Green Card before 60 days. and do not have to call USCIS for update.
