Help.. I am married to a Filipina who has a 4 year old son that has a US passport and a CRBA. She has lived here with her son since he was born and got the CRBA and US passport for him at that time with the father.

We have been married for 2 years and I am going back to the US. My wife got her visa and we plan on going together with her son. Neither one of them has been out of the Philippines. Will we have an issue with her 4 year old? He has a valid CRBA and US passport, however since he has been in the Philippines since he was born he does not have any entry or exit stamps in his passport. He also has a Philippines passport.

Do we need to do anything prior to our departure with his documents? What will we need to take him with us?

**** Moving from CRBA to Philippines regional forum; there will be no issues from the US side with this, but there may be country specific issues if he is a dual citizen *****

No problems he's an American citizen and free to travel as one...even he he's never left before.

I don't see any issues as he has his U.S. passport and Philippine passport. Expect to pay travel tax, (same for your fiancee) but no ECC fees as he has both passports.
