So my fiancee was just offered really great job, hes got a decent job now, but this is better. My question is my visa was just approved like two weeks ago, I picked it up today,, and in a few weeks im leaving and we will get married, then we will adjust status rite after the wedding. Is it an okay time for him to consider taking this job, or would this pose complications?

Go for it.

Take it. Delay the start date. Take his vacation. Got Honeymoon money now.

Haven't even started AoS. Include offer letter in the AoS packet. Don't really see how it changes anything, or negatively impact to get a better, lucrative job and hold down continued employment to support you both.

Thanks for the advice. I have not married yet or arrived in the US, so he would be starting in two weeks or so...about 2 weeks before my arrival. How long after we marry do we have to start filing Aos?

Best to file as soon as you can.
