Hello

I just have a few question. I filled out the ds-160 which is technicaly a NON-Immigrant visa, But when I went to the ustraveldocs website and created an account and started the visa appointment process k1 does not come up on the nonimmigrant side only on the immigrant.. Has anyone form DR had this issue or any other country and does it matter. I just dont want to pay and then they tell me that i filled it out wrong.

thanks for the help

The K1 visa classification has been discussed numerous times in the forums. Its somewhat a hybrid visa as its a nonimmigrant visa with immigrant intent so the varied parties process their pieces of it which is why it can get tad confusing.
