HELP! EAD denied! :(

do you mean that the EAD, AP, AOS must be filed concurrently? But how will someone show a.copy of receipt/other evidences that I-485 is pending, or what proofs will this pending application be when everything was filed together???. Pls enlighten and shed more light into this

The fact that the I-765 is filed at the same time as the I-485 is the proof that the I-485 is pending.

The intent of that question is to make sure that someone who files an I-765 on the basis of being an applicant for adjustment of status is actually an AOS applicant. That can be shown either by including proof that there's already a pending AOS application for them, or by including the AOS application itself. If an I-765 was filed under the C9 category (ie on the basis of pending AOS) without including either an initial I-485 or proof of a previously-filed I-485, the I-765 would be denied.

What should I do? Please help
